Thank you to everyone who has been a part of NeverNever all these years. Susan and Richard of course, but also Higgins, Syke, all the guest and fan artists, and of course all of you for reading. It’s meant a lot to me, and I hope it’s brought you some happiness.
I am currently in the process of doing the layout for Book Two, Attack of the War-Cats, which should be available sometime in the next month. Assuming all goes well it will be in full color (except for pages that have only b/w strips on them), roughly 70 pages, and retail for around $21. As soon as I have a date set by the printer, I’ll make pre-orders available.

Thank you for creating NeverNever; I enjoyed it!
You’re welcome!

Wow, that has got to be one of the most heartwarming endings I have ever seen out there…
Thanks.
For somebody like Widow Shins, that was the closest to a “happy ending” she could get.
-TG
Now that’s really a touching end. *sigh*
Thank you.
-TG
what a lovely ending, and I really enjoyed never never. Good luck in all that you do.
Well, you finished “Suburban Jungle” and now you’ve finished “Never Never.” – You’re not leaving me a lot here!
I’m workin’ on it! Here, have a blog in the meantime: gneech.com

Well, you finished the arc (by the somewhat simple expedient of killing off the antagonist; never mind who was wrong and who was right, surviving makes you right! And you get to write the history books.) and decided to not start another. are there really no other loose ends anywhere?
Kind of funny how a lot of peole seem to act as if this arc was the series, and the villainess of the ‘week’ gets the final word.
No, Shinny, the kids didn’t kill you off. The writer did.
Hrm … I can’t even parse most of that.
FWIW, I have notes for more NN stories, but without an artist, they shall remain notes. (And I’m not the right artist for the project.) If the right artist comes along and wants to pick it up, there’s no reason it couldn’t start up again.
-TG
What would you require of an artists to apply for the position?
The right art style is a big factor, but mainly reliability is the big thing.
-The Gneech
Hmm, My neighbore is a great artist adaptive to many styles, he wants to do a comic, but has trouble with comming up with a story. Let me see what I can do, I might just fix his comp for free, if he will agree to atleast try for your opent artist position.
Nicely ended! And there will always be a part of me that would love to see further adventures of Arthur, Jenny, Mopsy, Beowulf, & everybody!
Great Job, Gneech, I really enjoyed reading (and re-reading) NeverNever! <3
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
-TG
Shame you can’t keep this going for want of an artist. I’d offer, but I doubt my drawing style, overall quality, or inability to promise a schedule is fit for the job.
Now, if you want to make a NeverNever computer game, however, that I could help you with.
just finished completely reading through the archives… took about 8 – 10 hours i think I LOVED IT and hope to see more
Yeah, considerably less comics than SJ…
but, at least you have a new comic now!
I just finished the archives fir the 3rd time. I miss Suburban Jungle, and A Doemain of our own.
Thanks!
